Hello Laredo friends I would like to let everyone know whenever you come to deposit cash don’t go by drive thrue make sure you go inside and let them count in front of you. Today my husband went to deposit by drive thrue on 10/02/2023 around 12pm $6000 than a guy told him money missing $60 but that guy was helping him never since him work there before. I spoke to manager he didn’t want to review access Cameras and he said no policy about that anyway I had reported to a police than I reported to headquarters already I hope a manager finds out what it’s? Chase Bank location by 10720 International Blvd, Laredo, Tx78045. That $60 missing a lot for me to work double shifts
I had a great and smooth experience visiting the bank for the first time to open an account. Mr. Pedro Flores was more than great, and he walked me through the entire process up to making sure my mobile application was up and running. Many thanks
I have been a customer with chase bank for over 20 yrs and it seems branches keep limiting the amount of services they can provide to customers. I went in there with an issue regarding transfers to my external accounts and two chase representatives were at the door as I walked in. I explained the issue, showed them the issue on my phone app ( mind you, not ONE of them offered to even take me to their work station to look at my account from their computer to identify the issue) all while standing right by the door. All I got was a 1800 # to call customer service.
Customers walk-in to a brick and mortar location to be helped and be provided with a service and hopfuly a solution. Chase is paying these employees to just stand around and look “pretty”. This location is rather famous for just throwing out 1800#’s out instead of actually helping the customer.
Just close the brick and mortar location down and infest the area with ATM’s given they basicaly do the same thing any ways. Its just a lot cheaper than paying these guys.
I tried to open an business account and they would not let me open an business account business account situation so I refuse to deal with them. Rudeness and unappreciated like I have time setting up appointments like an doctor appointments.i I don’t appreciate the way I was treated
Making trouble for customers, not providing good service at all, not allowing me to save my Houston account for $1, not allowing me to get the Houston deposit, this is negative service…
