Its always easy and everyone is very nice and helpful
This bank won’t take your money and Change it(unless you have an account with them). Funny because they are even named “First convenience bank”. Not very convenient. And I thought that’s what Banks were for? Useless bank!
To hard to close acoount
We had many bills associated with my mom’s death. We sold her house and the funds from the sale were verified but they still won’t give us OUR money. Are they going to pay our bills? It’s funny that their name is First Convenience Bank because there is nothing convenient about this bank. I am disabled and since it is in Walmart there isn’t a drive thru. I have been trying to get my husband to change banks for years. He is so mad that we are in the process of changing banks. Thanks for nothing First Convenience.
