Plains Federal has been our family’s trusted financial institution since my Grandmother opened an account for me 35+ years ago. Mickie is ALWAYS helpful and responsive so I know that when I need anything, she and the staff there will take care of us quickly.
Ruuuuuuuude! Extremely rude. Can’t believe they treat people this way in a professional office. When someone walks in to give you business and your reply is “what do need?” How unprofessional of you ALL. You have to bow down to get a loan from them? Every single employee including Mickey is disrespectful. Treat people with respect, please.
