Don’t go there expecting to open a new account without needing your social card! Never in my life have I EVER needed my social security card to open an account!
Great bank and service from their employees!
I hate giving bad reviews but this is one of those banks that reminds you of that comercial “It’s my money, and I need it now!” LOL
Security is great, but when even the owner of the account can’t use their own money it’s a bit to much. My mom gets paid Disability and has to choose between paying bills or getting necessities sometimes. I have seen her a few times go to Walmart and have to put everything back because the bank locked her out.
And do you pay the instant fee when withdrawing cash from Cash App, Money Lion or Dave so that you can have your money right away? Don’t do that with this bank! Because all your funds will arrive day later, regardless if you paid for the instant deposit.
If you join the Polk County Talk group on Facebook sometimes you see others complaining about the same thing. People struggling to use their own money and it’s frustrating. I know it’s not the fault of the people that work there but the whole system needs work.
Hopefully I saved at least one person from stress with this review.
I love it when it is little to non wait in line but I don’t like when I line at ATM drive through when people come to close when you using it.
Supper helpful I love the small town feeling when I have to visit (at least 3/4 s a week)
