Terrible customer service, stay away.
Terrible customer service, they would not allow my asian girlfriend to send money to Turkey to buy a purse, my girlfriend and I have been together for 3 years, I was there helping her send the money because she never used western union before, they kept asking personal questions about where I was from, I got the vibe and I left to roam HEB in hopes that her being alone can help her send it faster, and when I left to grab groceries, they were asking her more personal questions about the depth of our relationship and where/how we met, why she was with me etc.. they were also trying to convince her to “run away”, and that “they can protect her”, “you know what I mean? you know what I mean?” No.. she didn’t know what you mean because that was outright Racist of you,
in an attempt to brush her off they charged her 50 dollar for a transfer whereas the actual charge should be 15 dollar, after all that, she insisted that she is consenting to send the money but they denied the service.
This staff is not worth your money or time at all.
