I have done business here for 3 years. After today I won’t return.
I understand the need for policies, however policies don’t make money. Customer service makes money. Michelle ,the manager, was uncaring and unfriendly. She set a poor example for the new employee she was training.
I did get a great response from corporate office….
The guy was lowkey flirting with me, jokes aside the workers are very sweet and prices beyond fair
I have been going here since I was a teenager and purchased many items such as guitars, games, and accessories. The service has only gotten better over the years! I am always greeted and treated like a valued customer. The establishment is well kept and organized. I stop by about once a month just to visit and see what I can find. Would highly recommend.
Took my moms old rings to a jewelry store was told I had 4 karats and worth $4000… came here since I’ve been pawning things here for years to see what I could get… I was offered $700 too buy it. Stay away , RIPOFFS
I went in to look around today and was given rudest attitude by Michelle. Used to be a good place to shop around at. I been a customer there since before Cash America took over.
