Just got the best deal of the day! Got a Yamaha audio mixer from this place and I don’t think that anybody can beat it at their price. Thanks to Rafael and Vinnie Paul. Ridiculous service, they refused to pay for damages that they clearly did to our laptop. The whole screen came off, when we checked it at pickup and they said they didn’t do the damage, as if they would have taken it like that when we brought it. Only thing they wanted to offer was to put in a new screen that they wanted us to purchase, as if we would want them to touch anymore of our things. Do Not bribg your stuff here!!! Will never come back!!!
I am NEVER coming back to this place! I pawned my HP laptop with small crack on screen and 2 weeks later when I went to redeem it the screen was severely cracked like it had been dropped and the screen was falling from the frame. The manager told me that there was nothing he could do for me. Looked at me like I was trying to scam the business for a new screen. Now I am out $400+ to repair what was done there at this business. I strongly recommend that you go to any other pawn shop in Lubbock rather than this one. If they would’ve have admitted that it was an accident I would of been ok about it, but the fact that they made it seem like it was all my fault is just messed up.
When others won’t help this could possibly be the place that will. Brought may game disc and cartridges here and couldn’t be happier. Excellent service and he also fixes laptops.
I’m a huge fan of Huber’s. Raphael is always fair with loans and will give you every oppurtunity to get your pawn out before you lose it. Cash America pulls it the very next day after your last day of grace…no exceptions. The only reason I did not give 5stars is because of the prices on the items in the shop. They are too high in my opinion. Almost retail in some instances. But they do layaway!
