Went to Wild Bill’s Pawn on Danville Drive in Abilene Texas yesterday 3/08/2024. We were greeted by Tony the Store Manager who offered to help us. I asked for an appraisal on my handgun and he offered us exactly what I was wanting (and a bit more). I had a car load of other items and Tony looked at them all and he gave me an extremely fare offer on all the items. Tony was AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL, WELCOMING, and most of all Extremely Patient. Never once did Tony make us feel uncomfortable. Tony made us feel at ease and extremely welcome by easing our stress and anxiety. Tony exemplifies the TRUE meaning of Customer Service and how ALL companies should treat their customers. Tony made one of our Worst days into a GREAT day. EVERYONE at Wild Bill’s Pawn were GREAT, FRIENDLY, and WELCOMING. We cannot thank Tony (and his crew) enough for the service and the help they provided. (We had stopped by several other Pawn Shops in Abilene and they treated us as if we were a burden to them and we were not welcome, (they also offered LESS for everything). GO TO WILD BILL’S PAWN, they will TRULY treat you right… THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU Tony & Wild Bill’s Pawn. (FYI…We had originally left after getting an appraisal and later returned. Tony honored his offer when we returned…Tony also has a GREAT sense of humor).

My second favorite Wild Bills but don’t let that fool you. Great store. For a “seamless experience ” always ask for Tony.

Every time I go in to look for something they are always professional. A young man name Michael showed me a few items and was very knowledgeable. I recommend Wild Bill’s.
