The staff is absolutely fantastic. They all are genuine, and regardless of what type of business you are walking in to conduct, whether it be to purchase something, or pawn something, they treat everyone with respect. Now unfortunately the PlayStation I bought ended up not working after only 2 days of use. Fortunately I went ahead and paid for the warranty:insurance, so I will be finding out how smooth that whole return policy is, but I’m very optimistic about it.
Great customer service from Jose and rest of the staff. I made a purchase the item didn’t work since I purchased the warranty it so worth it. I’m a returning customer. The young lady also great service & professional. (Sorry I don’t remember her name) Cody store manager also great service.
