I am pleasantly content with my experience at Houston Pawn. Upon entry I was greeted with a warm introduction by Aaron. He mentioned the deals they had and if I needed anything to ask him for assistance. He was so polite and even offered to pull items from behind the glass so I could inspect and choose what I wanted. His whole attitude and professionalism made me feel welcomed. The whole layout of the store had me so impressed. Just scanning the items on shelfs was pleasing to the eye, he mentioned he had just re-arranged it. I definitely recommend Houston Pawn! Once again thank you Aaron for all your insight and expertise at Houston Pawn, thank you for making it an unforgettable experience.
My experience at Houston Pawn might i say was a good one. Employees Mariel & Dominus had great customer service & are very polite, helpful, attentive, & reasonable. One thing about me I hate spending money with rude people who act like they don’t care or that your business is not an priority. When it came to doing business Dominus was top tier he knew how to make offers I couldn’t refuse so I ended up purchasing more items then I intended to. Let’s just say my wife really enjoyed her Valentines Day gifts. Thanks to Houston Pawn & the whole staff I will be back soon.
Great selection! I wasn’t even going in for anything specific, but i’m very glad I stopped by. Very clean store with great deals and jewelry. I would recommend this place to everyone I see!

I love this store. Customer service is amazing. Great attitudes and very helpful. They also gave me flowers for Mother’s Day. They are definitely here for our community.
