I wanted to see a gun. I showed her my license to carry. She said NOO she needs a valid drivers license. Come on people that’s more than a Valid driver license. I was feeling about buying it right down the spot. PS I will never return.
Miss Denise and miss Monique are a lovely set behind the counter. This location always gives the best offers and in a prestige location. I have sold many items here with no problem at all ! I will always recommend this specific location for anyone looking to sell anything.
This pawn shop on Gessner @ Long Point has a nice selection of rifles and pistols. You will also find jewelry, audio components and power tools/equipment.
Note: Manager made good on my complaint. My issue was resolved, I don’t think I’m coming back, but they helped. Original: I asked to unscrew the head off a yard trimmer, to make sure my blade would fit it. Get a: No, you have to buy it, then you can…. Now that’s a bad policy, other pawn shops, no problem. So i offer to put down a 100% deposit, cuz how the heck am i gonna break a screw…. still refuse. policy is policy, fine. but they were really scummy and rude about it, not the front desk types either. it was a manager named jose and an a. manager named magda. absolute garbage customer service. gun selection was mediocre and overpriced. this place just isn’t where you should be going.
