Hispanic girl behind the counter which I’m assuming was the manager caught an attitude with me on a counter offer which made me walk away from the sale all together. Girl initially helping me was kind, respectful, and had good communication skills. I will not be stopping by again. (1/10/24 9:15AM)

Services was grate but selling my Xbox One X wasn’t i was offered $50 than I asked what If i pawn it same price $50. The system was in good condition no scratches everything worked an yet such a low offer. Knowing they would sell it for a higher price you’d expect the place to give me more but just didn’t and them telling me the offer would be low everywhere els. I left went to another place i asked how much would I get if i pawn it they offered $80 than asked on selling $160.
If you find yourself in a position where you have to pawn something don’t go here , I was told by their rudest employee ever that If I pawned my 745$ dollar watch and only wanted 50$ to last til tomorrow I’d have to pawn 2 items as they can’t do loans on less than 60$ , also they do not authenticate items so if you shop here they will sell you something fake avoid at all costs
Of I could give it a 0 star rating I would at this pawn shop the others I had no problem with…..since it was 15min left before closing, I was trying to pawn my tool and they said no, since it’s 15 min before closing they wouldn’t look at the items they were only taking payments and mind u I live by down town this location sucked let me just say that much…..sounds racial since it was a colored woman if u asked me…..
