The manager lady have a real bad altitude. They brought out a box to put on my tv that had a shortage in the wire and tried to tell me it’s my tv. Please miss me with that! I had to tell them it was their box! From day 1 when I went in the store the manager had an issue towards me. I had to let her know today that I noticed that and will be calling corporate bc this is so unprofessional. Ma’am I’m taking care of 6 kids and only one of them is mine… Do you think I want to be here pawning anything? Everyone is not the same!!! She low balled me on my tv too. When I go get it out I will never go back!! Just bc of the manager while she want to blame everything on corporate!
Went to pawn a tv today and was told if the tv is 2020 or newer they would any thing less then a 2020 don’t both guess. Pawn shop’s don’t take anything old any more.
I have originally thought these people were nice and i purchased a number of items I purchased a firearm i paid top dollar was never told that there was a seven day warranty on the shotgun not able to shoot a shotgun just anywhere I’m finally able to shoot it about 2 1/2 weeks later it misfire on one chamber, causing a dangerous situation The gun also locked up and would not chamber the rounds. When I called and spoke with the store. They told me they could not do anything except would give me half the price for it if I returned it totally unacceptable for a dangerous situation lost all faith and respect.
Great staff , great environment , greeted automatically by the young lady in the front i believe her name is Isirlene. Went in looking for deals this pawn by far has a lot of great deals idk why all the negative reviews if you don’t have money just say that don’t come and leave bad reviews lol . Will definitely be doing more business with them thank you for getting me right guys!!! this pawn will be my go to from now :)!!!
You’ll negotiate a price with one employee then the chunky Mexican manager girl comes in later to low ball you with a different price. All the employees there suck badly.
