Tried to have a gun shipped here for transfer. Their store hours from the web, the door, and what they tell you on the phone do not match. They knew my gun was in shipment and refused delivery. They are rude on the phone, hard to work with, and completely wasted my time as well as the vendor I bought the gun from. Complete garbage service (or lack of).
The reason why this pawn shop sucks is because online it always shows the days they are open and what time they open and close well I checked online to see if they were open and it said it was open so I was like cool let’s go over there next thing you know it’s closed so I went all the way over there just to go back home so fix your stupid online status
Rude manager. Rude employees. I like how they are taking advantage of me because I wanted to sell an item that is no longer of any use to me but still in great condition and working to give me the excuse that it is old but in great condition it is not worth anything more than $20. Have you looked around your store? Everything in there is super old and dirty missing or broken pieces priced like it is brand new. And then to tell the customer that they are taking advantage of them was in really POOR taste.
I DIDN’T EVEN MAKE IT TO THE LOCATION , I READ THE REVIEWS AND DECIDED TO CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT QUOTES AND WHAT NOT, I MUST SAY THESE GUYS DO SEND A VIBE THAT THEY DON’T WANT YOU BOTHERING THEM….. I AM NOT ONE TO TALK BAD ABOUT OTHERS BECAUSE WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS BUT, BUSINESS IS BUSINESS, AND YOU GUYS AND GALS AT H&H PAWN HAVE TO REALLY SMILE MORE…..I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT I DID WRONG WHEN I CALLED MAYBE MY QUESTIONS WERE ANNOYING TO WHOEVER I SPOKE WITH BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T GIVE A NAME… JUST A LITTLE ADVICE GUYS TRY THINKING ABOUT YOUR APPROACH TOWARDS YOUR CUSTOMERS, THINK ABOUT HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED AND IT WILL HELP YOU WITH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS…OVERALL RESPECT GOES A LONG WAY…..GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK…SAN ANTONIO IS RIGHT UP THE ROAD…THINK ABOUT IT…SMH…
I agree with the other people this place sucks they don’t even try to give you a good deal if you go and try to pawn something they don’t even try to give you what’s the best price they try to actually rip you off. They won’t even go online just to see what an item cost you so that they can loan you the money at a good price they would just rather give you the the bottom of the barrel lowest price
