Been here many times to sell and trade, always get the best deal. The manager, Andrea, is always very fair and gives great customer service.
For future reference the staff needs to clarify the layaway terms clearly to the customer. must understand the 10% restocking fee is of the total cost of the item and not of the amount your putting down for the item. Buyer beware I guess but it is a pawn shop so it is what it is onto the next person

The incompetence of the employees there is horrifically . The manager will try to treat you right. But she is alone there’s in proper customer service. I had employee there actually tell me in so many words, “don’t come to the store, use the app and she told me my next move was to call. Keep in mind I was raised with proper manners.
Horrible service. We got our stuff out the pawn shop, she read the ticket which I believe she did throughly, but after just getting off work coming into their store late I just wanted my items but she only handed me my switch but not my tv and remote, was rushing me to get out since they were about to close
