Just walked inn 2 employees on floor never asked me if i neede help i was going to spend some good money but i guess they dont need the service thats why store is so lonely

On February 14, 2024, I went to get a gun that I had previously pawned, when I was paying to get it, the manager of that place Homer Garcia asked me for a license to carry a gun, the only one I had was a private security one and it has a permit to carry gun issued by the State of Texas (DPS) insisted that it was not valid, I spoke to the police and asked them on the phone if my security license was valid to have a gun and they told me it was valid and the manager still did not want to give me my gun even though he heard the officer so he spoke to his supervisor on the phone and I heard how the supervisor told me that license doesn’t matter to me, I told the store manager to please pass me on to his supervisor and he said no, I told him that I was a customer and that I wanted to talk to him and he told me not to let him happen to me so I had to talk to the police so they could give me my gun, when the police arrived the manager He told him something completely different. He told the officer that he never told me that the license was invalid and he had no other option than to hand me my gun. I don’t know how they have that person in charge of that place. He is very rude and lacks a lot. Training his courage was that he did not want to accept that the security license that I had was valid to have a gun and that is why he made so much trouble. I don’t understand how they can have someone who is not trained and unprepared working in a manager position.
