Best pawn shop in San Antonio hands down. Manager, assistant manager and staff are always friendly.
Four employees standing. We went in and another group of people came in after us. They serviced the ones after us because they were looking at the jewelry. I wanted to see the games. I had money ready to spend and they didn’t acknowledge us at all. Customers, take my advice and spend your money elsewhere.
I was looking for the perfect gift for my mother and I left a happy customer. The employees sure are pleasant! Nick helped me find the perfect gift plus a little something for myself. I left feeling great knowing that there’s still good people in this world that make customer service a priority. ☺️ I’ll definitely be returning!
The guys there are awesome. Always helpful, always have good items, always willing let me know when they have good items or something they know I’d have interest in.
I have shopped in the store and online, and I have had a great experience in both. The staff is awesome, though there are two individuals I would like to mention in particular. Nick is the Store Manager, and he is courteous and profession at all times, and extremely knowledgeable regarding just about everything! Jasmine is in charge of online sales, and she is also very professional and helpful. She is prompt with online responses and my transactions with her were handled quickly and smoothly. All in all I would highly recommend this pawn shop over any other in town!
