Be carefull with prices listed on sale event items that are on the floor. Just came to this store today 5-26-24 302 s. New braunfels ave san antonio tx 78203These people put the wrong stickers on item and when you tell them you want to buy they say “well this item is not at this price, and they give you another higher price. Probably a sales tactic to get people interested.
Based on my experience here, I wouldn’t recommend this location. While shopping there for a different particular item, I decided to get an appraisal on a diamond ring I was wearing as well. Now, this was a mere “test” to see how the associate(s) would check the item on quality, worth, etc. The diamond ring I had on me at the time was GIA certified with very high quality on clarity, cut, etc. My experience also working with true gemologists has taught me a thing or two. So I already knew the inquired information beforehand. The associate I encountered did their thing and gave me the “value” of the ring, which was approximately 2.5% out of 100% of the true cost and worth. This is an example of a store/place that will prey on people in desperate situations. Especially if the person doesn’t have any background knowledge on the item they’re trying to get money on. They will not be accurate nor fulfilling on the true value of an item.
Solutions: 1. Provide better training to employees. 2. Uphold honesty and integrity. I didn’t see either of these during my visit. I would not return here nor recommend it.
Dont try and pawn tvs here, if they dont come with legs they wont let you pawn it, even if it has a flat bottom by design.

Over priced items everywhere. You will not get much money for your items either so it’s best to go up the street and get a fair price. Ex. Charging $90 for an item that’s $30 brand new…very shady
