I went to capawn today and I was taken advantage of this girl that works there saw the I couldn’t see that well and instead of giving me a20 she gave me a 10 when I got to the store to get some food for me and my grandson I only found a 10 and when I called to complain she gave me an attitude so didn’t and and got an attitude so watch out when you do bisnii with the pawn shop on Blanco and basse.
Waiting in line is not bad,less than 8-10 minutes
Sometimes less than that, one other thing if good and not get in line and are looking for something and you fine it,don’t think that you just gonna just cut the line in front of everyone in line, just cuz you call for one of the employees to go help you,you still gonna have to get in and wait your turn like everybody else, wait your turn
After picking up a large drum set I had in pawn I was helped straightaway, fast but friendly as well. They went above and beyond the normal means of an employee as upon leaving I forgot one expensive item of the drum set, I had left it behind after they had even asked if I had everything complete. .. to my surprise I called back as soon as I found out, 30 min or so later and they pulled me up right away and were so very reassuring and helpful. There names were Hugo and Alysa and they kept it safe for me, no troubles at all. Great customer service above and beyond the norm! This is Now my store! Thx guys keep up the good work!
I Went in to window shop for the summer sale event, I was greeted by an employee and offered a fruit cup which later learned his name was Hugo. He was very helpful and informative. Thank you Hugo for acknowledging me, keep up the great work..
This is the place to go….and if you do speak with Hugo. He is honest, fair and a genuinely an amazing employee that needs to give training classes to everyone in the company on customer support. Thank you Hugo for treating humans like humans. 🙂
