I’ve been to so many pawn shops in my life that you learn to not put your eggs in one basket. Every location has its own vibe. For this location I have no complaints. The staff here is wonderful and c’mon, I’m sure they deal with so many crazy customers and questions that it would be hard for them not to have a bad day. As for me, I’ve done plenty of business here and I recommend you check out this store as well. Great job you guys/gals.
Terrible Management and Unethical Practices
I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Ashley . The manager’s lack of skills and unethical behavior left me feeling frustrated and cheated. They constantly pushed me to speak with someone else, promising resolution the next day, only to repeat the cycle. It’s clear they have no regard for customer satisfaction or honesty. Save your money and time by avoiding this company at all costs.I’ll be in contact with the better business bureau.
The new staff is terrible they literally have no knowledge of jewelry or how to test it. The “assistant manager “ Kim told me my necklace was fake but wouldn’t do a test on it just for me to go to Pronto pawn and get the test done and my necklace proven to be real. Staff definitely needs better training
Greatest hagglers in the business but everyome was so kind and even left with a gift. I totally recommend this pawn shop for anything. Boss lady seems mean but she’s actually kinda cool. Shout out to the manager Amanda. Thank you for your business. I will be back
