I came in with a Tommy Hilfiger leather jacket and an expensive power wheelchair charger, and I was immediately told that they don’t accept either of the items that I have! These people are very stiff in sticking to their policies. They don’t care if someone is desperate for money. They are unwilling to bend even a little bit to help anyone. This goes against everything that I know about dealing with pawn shops for more than 25 years! I won’t ever be back to this place!
A pandora box….of many useful things …I enjoy coming by just to look 👀 bought a kershaw👴knife…at a nice price..worth a pass by if you’re in the neighborhood! …
I’ve come here multiple times and I’ve always gotten the same guy short Mexican dude and he always gives me lower prices compared to the money mart in the medical center and the cash America on Marbach which they are all the same and it’s always the same items that I take to other that I take! I go here cause they usually never have anyone like the other ones and I see why! But I recommend any others than this! They truly aren’t there to help you
Was glared at when I walked in and the staff wouldn’t even look at my face when they spoke to me. Low balled my loan, but whatever, made the buyback easier and quicker. Same treatment when I went back to pay off the loan and had my jewelry unceremoniously dumped into my hand from the envelope. Ridiculously unprofessional and flat out RUDE. Never EVER doing business here again. Good luck 👎🏼
I have shopped here for years and made some very high quality purchases, as well. I really appreciate a place where there’s employee longevity. I have gotten to know the store director “John” and his staff since day one of operations. I truly enjoy visiting, It’s so exciting to pop in to see what’s new. John and his staff provide the small shop experience that you simply won’t find anywhere else. He will always go the extra mile to help when he can. This is a great place. Do make time to visit. You won’t be disappointed.
