Not friendly, not knowledgeable. Tried to sell my Nikon D3500 camera and they immediately said it was, “Too old”. When asked how old, they stated, “It’s like 12 years old.” This was said without looking on their computer and giving dirty looks the entire time. The camera is 5 years old, so that was a flat out lie.
Don’t expect much if you come here.
I have been a customer here for about 5 years. I have bought, and sold here. Today, we bought a cello for my son. The manager knew a ton about cellos, and put me at ease with my purchase. He spent about 30 minutes with me, answering my questions. Very friendly, and the price was right. Always been satisfied here, but now more than ever!
One time they had a contest and gave away a guitar. I was there the day they gave it away.I remember vividly because the person that won it was a Asian female that mispronounce guitar.She pronounce it like Gee-tar which made me leave real quick to laugh.I was mad I didn’t win the guitar but I had fun. I have always had the impression they really care for their customer’s from the first time I had visited. Really friendly staff that talk down to earth. I have been a happy customer for three year and will continue to do business with them.
I have only been to this location one time, but that was enough to win me over forever. The staff is helpful and courteous. They went out if their way to make sure I was taken care of in an emergency situation and unlike other pawn shops, they truly cared about making sure I was able to get my item back. They called to remind me and didnt try to overloan. They also have a great selection of stuff and then prices are very fair! I highly recommend this place in fact, I drive all the way from Fort Worth to do business with them. ♡♡♡♡
Visited this location a couple of times for various business, staff is courteous & fair. There are plenty of neat items that may catch your eye and should you choose to purchase a fair deal isn’t difficult to strike. My 1st pick for aby pawn needs and often just cool to peruse their wares.
