Without a doubt, the best pawn shop in Jax. I’ve shopped here multiple times and am always satisfied. The service is always great. Today, I bought a lawnmower at a great price and the service was even more personalized, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating than usual (and it’s always great). It’s hard to beat the great service I always receive, but this time, Juan went above and beyond! Juan is a valuable asset to this establishment. He made my purchase go so quickly and smoothly while still engaging in conversation. After paying, he not only pushed the lawnmower out for me, he lifted it and put it into my vehicle by himself. As I said, Juan is a great asset to this pawn shop. Management needed to know how above and beyond Jaun went today, so I had to write a review.

Not a place that I would recommend. Employees are not very nice and don’t really want to help you. Store is run down and full of either junk or over priced things that aren’t worth half of what they’re selling them for. Sadly, I won’t be going back. Was hoping for better experience
What can I say, a visit to the pawn shop is not something most people would be proud of. It’s usually the last resort for some. That being said I have seen my share of pawn shops from bigger cities to small towns. But, I am at a loss to describe this place . It is truly a dump. The store is dirty, the entrance doors are almost covered up and you aren’t sure it’s open or not – you can’t see inside until you go thru the door. We weren’t greeted but came into what appeared to be ultra occupied employees back and forth in loud voices. These were mostly women, rough cut and gruff. The poor guy next to us as we waited was treated like a criminal. The pierced one kept leaving the customer to seek the leader( the one like a prison guard). The energy in that place is pure testosterone and negativity . Customers weren’t thanked- neither were we. They were even demanding to go thru one guys phone looking for something. Unheard of! I’d recommend doing without before another run around in that joint with those poor outlooks.
