I was a little apprehensive about conducting my business at this branch after reading their reviews, however, I had a wonderful experience. A banking officer by the name of Joanna Autry handled everything I needed and answered all of my questions. The account changes I needed to make were extensive and Joanna and the rest of the staff were great! It was closing time when we finished up but they didn’t make me feel as if I were an inconvenience or rushed. I will definately return to this branch when in Cheyenne.
If you are a visiting the US then Wells Fargo is the bank for you. For residents of the US there may be better options but when I visited the US and needed to do business I checked multiple banks and by far Wells Fargo was the most accommodating with an understanding of my foreign documents. Also the bankers provided me with all the right information and were clear about charges which other Banks hid. I took about 2 weeks to review all the information I had and when I returned the banker remembered me.
This is miserable. There is one teller helping five drive through lanes consistantly now. I understand closing the lobby, but dont send the tellers home. I’d like to get through the line in less than an hour.
Edit. I’ve been through several times since the last review, and the problems only get worse. The lack of concern for the customers time is deplorable business. I’m closing my accounts.
Wells has always been difficult to deal with, but now, they have reached a new hi in LOW….Terrible people, and Customer Service is non-existant!!
Went to cash a check at this Wells Fargo, they would not cash my check and wouldn’t tell me why so I had to have a brand new check sent to me. Went in with the new check, the teller ran in through their system only to to me THEN that it was not a Wells Fargo check so they couldn’t cash it. I then went to 2 other places to try and cash this check and they would not accept it because Wells Fargo had already run it through their system therefor there was already stuff printed on the back and “ scribbling it out” causes that check to no longer be valid. This was not the other places fault, on Wells Fargo’s part that is Ridiculous! Be thorough when handling other people’s money!
