Awful. If you have .50 to your name, they’ll make you go through hell and highwater to access it.
Not for big business. If you have more than $250,000, don’t bank here. The process to move money around can take 48+ hours, which can be detrimental to any business deal.
The absolute worst! Charged a $9.00 fee because I’m not a member and then wouldn’t give me quarters in change because I wasn’t a member! And they make a big deal about serving the community in their mail flyers?!?!?! By the way they are not a Federal Insured Bank. You want to trust your money with them???
The customer is not a priority here. Your best interest doesn’t matter to them. After being charged for a subscription that was never subscribed to and having them mark it as fraud, to still being charged for it. Then, deciding to cancel the bank account and the bank still letting places charge the account and getting overdraft fees. A total of $150 to stop banking with them. Not impressed.
To be honest what wealth on knowledge. Mary is amazing! Online banking is better than any app I have used.
