I am editing my previous 5 star review…this bank used to be awesome- friendly and helpful staff, easy to use app, etc. over the years, the staff has pretty much been recycled, so none of the original amazing people are there anymore. Banking in general is confusing to me and I have a lot of questions and this new staff has not been helpful to me at all. They are condescending and they will not even try to figure out a way to be helpful. Sad that such a nice bank has turned so bad.
