I can’t speak for the other staff, but Misty Cooper is amazing, and Chase should (at least) triple her salary for all she does. It’s so rare you find decent employees at big corporations (like Chase), because the corporations instead divert that money to shareholders and its top brass. So I seldom find customer service anymore. However, Misty Cooper is an exception. She consistently provides the kind of customer service we SHOULD expect from a big bank like Chase. So credit where credit’s due. I just can’t recommend enough!
I want to share my experience with Evelyn, a teller at this bank. She was SO helpful for my husband and I. She was not the one scheduled to help us but took time out of her schedule to calmly and patiently help us to get everything done we needed. We really truly appreciate it.
Misti was very kind and helpful in getting my father’s account closed down after his passing. She answered all the questions and was very personable, sharing her own experiences. She made me feel comforted during a really hard time.
The tellers (X2) were hunched over their desks too oblivious to customers in the queue!?? The one that served me didn’t have the common courtesy to greet.
This branch has an ATM inside that has $1 and $5 bills, which is very helpful. The staff, however, is a different story. During my most recent visit, they refused to deposit a properly endorsed third-party check and cited a global Chase policy. I wasn’t able to find any such policy online that confirms the teller’s story. Went to Capital One bank afterwards and received proper customer support with no complications.
