Check out FCCU (credit union bank). The Alief branch is exceptional in customer service experience – friendly, courteous, and always ready to help representatives. For home, auto, personal loans, and other financial needs or counseling, you are in good hands. Fabian is a personable staff member who will patiently wait on you. He goes above and beyond to be helpful. I am recommending this credit union based on my personal experience of lower than national average interests on loans.

My visit was the best experience with Alejandra Z. She answered every question I had and it helped me get the over draft fee back to my account. She reviewed all my transactions and called the manager who agreed with her and I got my money back. Thanks Alejandra Z for your professionalism and kind heart. Your patience was out of this world! Zulema Garcia is a phenomenal representative. She handled two items I had been trying to address at the branch level multiple times before in 20 minutes. If I ever need help from a rep in the future, I’m requesting her specifically at the Alief branch!
