The staff is courteous & polite. They make sure all your papers are in order & correct. Have done my taxes there for the past 3 years. & Wish I would’ve started going sooner.
Was treated with the best Customers service. She was very much helpful and knowledgeable about what she was doing and helpful with all the questions I had for her. I will return to Jackson Hewitt in the future.
Went yesterday and was not happy with service. They did not ask questions and were unhelpful with health marketplace info. Went to a competitor and received help and they were able to answer my questions and instead of paying I received a refund.
