Can never get anyone on the phone.
Customer service is awful.
They changed their hours all over the place.
Closes at 3 pm some days and 5 pm on other days. How are people who work 8-5 supposed to go to the bank.
BBVA is a joke.
I am very disappointed in this bank and the manager. I have called and left messages with no response. I then get a call from the manager about two days later saying he was in a meeting the day before (i wonder what happen to days before he was in a meeting?). When you own a small business and your lively hood is determined by credit card processing a call back is very important. This branch gave us the information and equipment that was not necessary. And the representative no longer works for them. And the representative who took his place takes over 60 days to contact you after you have left her messages and emails. I will not ever recommend this bank to anyone for their business or personal banking. Customer service is key and they are very deficient in it. I wish I could choose a negative on the stars.
I hate PNC bank but the people at this branch are awesome!! Very friendly and helpful! They helped me when I couldn’t get anywhere from calling the main number.
One star is too much. We left this bank. Compass was great. PNC sucks. Charges for everything and hold checks for a full day.
This is the worst bank branch. Always terrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes today and finally just left. One teller was helping one client. Another walked past me a couple times and turned her head away as she passed. No one greeted me, told me they would be with me soon, nothing. It was like I was invisible. I have been a customer (first with Compass) since 2008 but I am ready to move elsewhere.
