Have to say PNC is the most useless, pathetic bank there is. They should never have bought BBVA. This bank should just shut down its so bad. How did it ever get so big???? I don’t blame the local brances. Its the corporate office and their policies that is so pathetic.

Tried for a month to get a hold of the new accounts dept. Left many messages with no response.
Untrained branch personnel made a mistake on my accounts, and I’ll be moving my accounts from PNC as soon as possible. Also, in the time that I’ve had my accounts, the bank changed from Texas Bank to Compass Bank to BBVA Compass to BBVA to PNC. When it changed to PNC, PNC didn’t give customers access to our prior year’s bank statements online, we lost access with BBVA, and PNC would only give us these statements if we paid for them. Huge mess. Who knows if another merger, acquisition or whatever will happen again. Steer clear of PNC.
