    I make weekly deposits for my company. Not much more to say other than the tellers are always welcoming.

    one of the worst bank in town, They refused the direct deposit of social security because the account was dormant and i was in their branch 2 weeks before the deposit and i asked them to make sure everything is ok with the account.
    When the social security money came they just refused the money and they did not even call me nor sent me no mail to let me know about the problem. no one in the branch know what to do. they all have lack of banking knowledge .

    Tradition Bank is the most unprofessional, 20 years behind the times piece of garbage bank that ever existed. they are FINALLY being swallowed up by a slightly larger bank… boy, did Prosperity Bank make a bad investment! Prosperity Bank is just as unprofessional as Tradition. when my mother was forced (by Tradition) to get a whole new debit card (due to an unauthorised EFT), they gave her a temporary, which is only good at grocery stores and gas stations. they CLOSED the lobby on Saturdays, so she asked them to send the new debit card in the mail–it never arrived. i am in no way surprised. we now have bills rolling through that are not getting paid. Prosperity sent her a debit card that will not function at all for another 3 weeks.

    the owners of Tradition are rabid reTHUGlicans, and force-fed customers FNN in the lobby! can you imagine? they were basically shouting that non-reTHUGlican voting people were not welcome. they were consciously offending 50% of the customers. i asked once if they could please, change it to an actual news channel, instead of that propaganda machine, and they lied, and said they had lost the remote. i pointed out that i could see the buttons on the tv, and would happily help them out, if they were intimidated by the buttons, and they admitted the owners required them to put it there.

    Good bye to the WORST BANK EVER.

    Very bad service, Employee is not trained, I deposit cash in account and I can not see that money 5 days in my account, bank said oh! my employee did mistake , she use different code instead of right code. They doing mistake and we have to wait for our own money…very bad service.
