    Terrible service! Coming to in the raining day, So a little bit hurry, I want to withdraw money but I was forgot my debit card, so I Show them My ID but they said I can’t do anything Without my debit Card? that so weird.
    I never complain any Banks but I have to do with this bank services so bad. I will change to the other banks

    UPDATE #3 – December 19th – Well Well, looks like they fixed the ATM’s at this location, but now the Wells Fargo Drive thru ATM on AFM 1464 @ Bellaire does not work (12/20/2023) either use this WF ATM location or the Westpark @ HWY 6 location)

    UPDATE: December 9th 2023 ATM’s still out of order..

    As of December 2nd 2023 both ATM’s don’t work (Out of order)
    .. come here only if you need to go inside during business hours.. just go the the WF ATM on HWY 6 @ Westpark or Bellaire @ 1464 ATM until further notice…

    Worst experience ever , I don’t know what happened to Wells Fargo but they have surely step their customer service completely down . I had appointment at 4pm today, walked in to an empty lobby nobody greet me or checked me in, after waiting for 30 minute a banker finally came to me and right away instead of greeting proceeded to tell me that her system was running slow so it was gonna be a while , the. She asked if I had an appointment and I said yes and gave her my name . She then told me she didn’t have my name is her system for an appointment turns out I had made it at the other Wells Fargo down the street , instead of still assisting me since there was no one in the lobby she told me I had to go to the other Wells Fargo where I made my appointment. So rude and not helpful at all . I will be closing all of my accounts here .
