    COUNT YOUR MONEY!! I went to this bank today and withdrew $7300. The teller handed me the envelope sealed and told me I was good to go. I told her I wanted to count the money and opened the envelope, I took all of the money from it and put the empty envelope on the desk. Then she took $300 from under her desk and put it in the envelope!! I counted the money and it was $7000. Then she tells me there’s some in the envelope, WHICH SHE CLEARLY PUT IN AFTER I DECIDED TO STAY AND COUNT IT THERE. This is unbelievable. I went to the manager and she kept saying there must’ve been a lack of communication and she would coach her teller to see how she could’ve helped me and understand my request better.

    She put the money in the empty envelope before I finished counting. She clearly knew what she was doing. This is not the first time wells fargo employees are giving me less money on purpose. This is not miscounting or anything. Hiring thieves as employees and irresponsible managers! Never trusting wells fargo again.

    I was there April 27, 2022. Time between 2:40-3:20. Please don’t comment under my review asking for details, check the security cameras and if they actually work properly (unlike your employees) you’ll see how the teller tried to steal my money.

    Does Wells Fargo do anything well? From not clearing my checks for TWO WEEKS, to not having a way for their own customers to deposit coins into their bank account. Avoid Wells Fargo and this location like the plague. Staff is unhelpful and incredibly rude. STAY AWAY! Bank local! This place is by war the worst establishment you could trust your money to.

    I’m sure the negative reviews are merited for those rare instances of bad experiences, but I had a very pleasant visit at this branch. I drove through to withdraw cash and all the lanes were full, but i moved up quickly and someone greeted me immediately. After sending my card and ID through, they told me my license was expired so I needed to come inside to verify my ID with my pin number. I was annoyed by the inconvenience but it was my fault, and I appreciated the extra security. I walked straight in to the counter where a woman was waiting for me. She apologized for the inconvenience (that was my fault). She counted my cash out so I could confirm everything. Good experience.

    stingier with deposit slips than McDonalds is with dipping sauces. Came to the drive thru to make deposits to 3 separate accounts and had to keep asking for more deposit slips. They acted like I was putting them out by requesting 3 dang deposit slips.

    Went in was a lil bit scared but confident at the same time mr Kennth was so helpful made me gain a sense of confidence literally we shared some great vibes his energy was amazing he really taught me a lot of things I didn’t know he deserve an award for great l customer service skills
