A disgusting place. I wanted to pickup my cash. Made a pre-activation on the WU website and received confirmation about the transfer and the time until which this confirmation will be valid.
The lady in the WU window was completely illiterate. Initially, she assured me that the money would only be available after the time stated in the confirmation. When I told her that she was wrong, she checked the data from the confirmed WU transfer and said that there was no transfer data in the WU system!!!!
I went to another WU store and got my money within 5 minutes.
Verdict – don’t waste your time and avoid this place.
Bad experience, inefficient staff. They must have qualified people in place.
Terrible personal place experience. Inept. I think they hire staff. Illiterate if a career finished. Horrible, I don’t recommend it
