Terrible customer service. I hope one day they understand what they are paid to do their job so that they do it with more affection and more love for their work because every step they take seems like they do it by sheer force or it could be that the company does not pay well. How to improve it? I won’t go back there even with an emergency 🤨🤪🤪
The girl that’s always there kept looking at me sketchy like I stole the money , don’t know if it’s coS I’m black..and then the other guy was asking me random questions if I came alone or with another random black girl they saw standing outside and I tried to send the money I received and she literally yelled and said no, they don’t do that anymore but I went to a different location and they didn’t say anything about not being able to send money the same day I receive it
