I would give this pawn shop a 4 🌟 rating if their inventory was not so low. The shop is clean with a large showroom.
I like the jewelry counter. They have a selection of shoes, purses, guitars and power tools/equipment.
Do not go here if you are hard on cash ! The black guy with the dreads in passive aggressive and disrespectful in a calm way. He talks calmly but is insulting to say the least when it comes to his knowledge of electronics, the year that they are released, and how much its worth !! You could’ve sworn the money was coming to and from his pocket. Smh piss poor customer service.
On the other hand, the ladies there however are helpful.
This place is “under new management” and management is stingy. An item was marked down to $115 over a month ago. Also the item was not working properly even though they were selling as functional. After offering $110 and $115 even I offered $120 all together for it and they asked to see my ID before answering me as if it mattered who I was if they would accept. I said you shouldn’t need ID to let me know price. I didn’t say this, but I’ve never been treated like that at another location. They didn’t need my ID and then declined the offer. Even $3 or $4 they would not negotiate on an item over $100, marked down over a month ago and not functioning correctly. It was not a clearance item.
Really stingy. Kind of shady trying to figure out who I am to decide price. I said thanks anyway and passed. People should shop at other locations instead of this one.
Not sure how they are able to stay in business….you can take an item in there that u literally paid 400.00 to purchase and they will insult u with a 50.00 offer on a pawn and then will try and offer you only 5.00 to 10.00 more if u sell it…….smh
I sold some of my old tools they pay good money I was happy
