I really love this place! I’ve always used Purple Heart Pawn as my FFL transfer. Around my birthday. When I purchase a b-day gun. Everyone is really nice and greets you upon entrance. A very welcoming atmosphere. My latest pick up today!
If you’re not Hispanic, don’t bother doing business with these people; IF they are TRULY Veteran owned, then he or she must have been the ORIGINAL owners, DECADES ago!! I wanted to sell a 1/2 carat, 14K diamond ring and the older Hispanic lady,( 5’1″, 280 lbs.) to me FLAT OUT, that she could only give me $125.00 for it!!! What an INSULT when the ring cost, on SALE, $1394!!!!!

Honestly such a bad experience from what i thought was a great store, i was recommended to get firearms from here and i got a Winchester 1400, after 1 shot with 7.5 shot the barrel blew up and i came back wanted to work something out even if it was a partial refund they tell me to warranty it out and i explain its an old gun nothing will get done and they shrug and tell me oh well!! I cant believe how horribly they treat customers with bad experience, i get used guns have their problems but one day later and they turn a customer away and tell them to just warranty it out as if these older guns have that option. Honestly if i could rate 0 stars i would definitely do not recommend ever buying firearms here
Had my first TX pawn shop experience yesterday. The team here was GREAT! The manager was most helpful, the staff around her was most helpful and I will only be bringing my business here from now on. The owner would be proud of how well this team took care of me. 5 stars! Give em a raise.
