    Worst pawn shop ever! I had soundcore headphones,lady said they would only buy them! I said no,I just wanted to pawn them! She said they couldn’t!

    I went to visit the store on 3/13/15. I was so shocked by the lack of disrespect that the clerk show. Upon arriving to pay to get my TV out I felt as if I was being ripped off. I expressed my personal opinion to the clerk that was helping me and told them that they were ripping me off, and she told me ” wait if you think we rip off why did you sign the contract” an etc things like that. I told her that if I would have known that it was going to be that much I would have never pawn my TV with them. Olga turned around and told me that “I will see me again in here” as if I’m a regular customer she see me all the time. This was my first and last time doing business there. I explained to Olga how rude and disrespectful she was in speaking to a customer like this. I need to speak to her manager or her supervisor and she told she had called them with this bad attitude. Upon speaking to the manager or supervisor whomever he was, I asked him for his managers number and the corporate number. Upon calling the number it is the supervisor not a manager that I ask for so seems like I have to wait till Monday to call the corporate office. and as I’m looking at it I don’t know if that is not a corporation cause they don’t even have a proper website.
