Don’t know much about banks, but they’re all really nice to my mom (Kristen), and I’m generally a big fan of people who are nice to my mom. Everyone is so sincere and friendly. They always remember her name, ask about her day, etc. It makes her smile/laugh talking to them and that pleases me. ¯_(ツ)_/¯ That’s all I gotta say about that, I guess. A+. 10/10.

I tried to cash a check here before and the check itself was from Comerica bank. The lady acted as if she did not want to cash it for me so she went to talk to the Manager. (I guess to find out if it was ok). I am not sure of the reason why she did not want to but that was the reason why I chose not to open an account here. I have bank accounts at 2 other banks that have NEVER treated me in such a way.
Sad to see such poor service I try to cash a check here if I would have felt like being harassed for my check I would have gone to a cash in check place I assumed they would be more professional I showed Texas state ID and military ID sign the check and was told to sign it like I do my ID so I signed again and they still processed to say it was not me 😂I did not know what else to do I pulled out other debit cards with my name but management managed to get their lives together and cash my check I did not put up a fuss or get rude but I will not be returning here and they answered and questions of interest for opening and account here with them
Went here to cash a check after working a graveyard shift, got there at 8:50am on a Saturday morning as they opened at 9, the parking lot started having several vehicles pull in so I got out of my car 3 mins prior to them opening to wait at the door for them to open so I could be first in line as I’m on a tight schedule. There was a white suv parked directly behind my vehicle that had me blocked in the parking spot I was in, when I got out of my car she yelled “WE DONT OPEN TILL 9” I said cool that’s 3 mins. She was very aggressive telling me I need to wait in my car or go circle the building so I told her I would wait in my car. They didn’t open the lobby doors till 9:05 – 5 minutes late. They finally opened and said they were distracted by me in the parking lot. They wanted a thumb print to cash check, np. They wanted a $10 fee for cashing their own check for non customers even though the check is from them. No thanks Karen, I don’t want to bank with you or give you $10. Extremely rude and unprofessional -10 stars to the sensitive fragile lady’s working at the bank. Will never return to this location or bank with Comerica in the future
