I am not sure who is putting all these 5 stars. lol. I have been with UPFCU since birth and i loved them. Now that Nuvision has taken over, this bank is total BS. You have to show up in person now to transfer money from a cc to a checking account so BE WARNED when paying any amount to your cc if you need it later and work the same hours as the bank’s hours of operation. I can’t even get a hold of my own branch over the phone and you have to wait almost up to an hour to speak to a representative in California?! This bank is going downhill really quick. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone anymore. It is a huge shame to see this happen.
I dont have one bad thing to say about this bank. I’ve been affiliated with this bank for more than 5 years and I’ve had zero issues. Every employee I’ve dealt with has been friendly and made me feel like family. This bank has always been reliable for me and they offer many services with great rates. If you want to try another bank out In cheyenne away from the bigger named banks I highly suggest this bank.
I’ve had an account with them since I was 1yr, I love this bank and the people who work there. Always willing to help you with what they’re required to and beyond that as well. They know me and my boyfriend who just joined a year ago by name. To become a member they require a donation to the animal shelter because there very community oriented.
Since nuvision out of California has taken over this bank is not what it used to be. I love the staff at our location and they all know who we are because we have been members for over 20 years but you don’t typically get to deal with our local people anymore. Now when you call you get people in California who know nothing about you. I’m sad to say but after 20 plus years we will be taking our banking business elsewhere.
This place is a disaster! The loan department is a nightmare they are horrible at communication. The tellers are the best part of this institution if they did not have them on the front line they would close their doors! Stay away as they are to big to service their membership. Lastly the call center will keep you on hold for up to 50 minutes and still no answer!!
