Good luck getting into the branch at Jackson Hole, they are literally closed half the week. Some direct deposits cannot post to my bank account, I see no point in keeping this credit union account open.
May as well be a big bank. They don’t care at all about their customers. you are just a number to them. Ask for help and they will quickly tell you that they’re done speaking with you.
Very transactional. I would recommend literally any other bank in Jackson over Meridian. The VP of the Jackson brach is a poor representation of our community.

Opened an account and did not use it for a year. Was not made aware of a “dormant” fee at time of sign up or via email. They basically just stole our checking account money. This credit union is just a terrible as other banks. No apologies offered of course.
This is the absolute worst bank I have every had. I can not warn you enough, stay away! The customer service is awful and beyond frustrating . They hang up after you have been on hold for 6 minutes and then you have to call back and get back in line. Besides that they are consistently super rude and their online systems are janky and constantly locking which requires you to call them and that takes at least an hour to resolve because of the way they hang up on you.
Please do yourself a favor and steer clear
