Bad customer service i went to the galveston location on 65th st and steward rd twice trying to open a new checking account the firts time i was missing one document the second time i got there at 4:25 pm they told me it was too late to do my paper work because they close at 5pm i think they need to improved customer service.
I had been Hometown Bank Customer for well over 15 years untill moved west end first ever. So, I choose Texas First Bank because I was only two blocks away, and I’m m going to say even when I move back to east end, Im staying with 65th Stewart.
Camelia has been the most knowledable,helpful, caring, sweet, bank teller Ive ever met. I love her dearly, she just emits care and I always here her say hi to people by their names when they come in. Sorry guys but she is my favorite.

Pick another bank! Twice I’ve been there & nobody to open an account! Was told to sit & sit. Not good customer service!
Get it together people! If you get somebody it’s an Act of Congress to open an account! Takes an hour.
Truly a hometown bank. They know us by name when we come in, are always friendly and courteous. We will never bank anywhere else but Texas First!
Well I must say… this Texas First Team is top notch. They greet folks with a smile and hello. They have never rushed me and make me feel important…. That goes a long way with me. Happy to support my local bank!
