I want to acknowledge banker Araceli Ortega for her exceptional customer service, professionalism & knowledge. She assisted me with a POD and not only made me feel welcomed but was attentive throughout. Thank you so much for an amazing banking experience.
In line for 30 mins with a line put the door still after they are closed. One lady was waiting in the lobby since I’ve been here and the banker came up to tell her she doesn’t have time to open her checking account today and that they can make an appointment for next week. Another gentleman walked in 10 mins before closing and stated he lost his wallet but was referred to the 800 number or to come back. If you’re going to close branches all around at least have the proper staff to assist as I’m sure your employees don’t appreciate it either. Time
Incompetent business bankers, and have no regard for customers’ time.
First off, they denied me a business account because they misread the address (they read my registered agent’s address and mistook it for the business address (have you never seen articles of incorporation before?!?!)). I was able to get a business account with ease from one of their competitors.
Today I came in for personal matters to get a simple notarization, waited 10 minutes for someone to talk to me, then they told me it would be up to an hour, even though 2 of the bankers were chit-chatting together for the 10 minutes I was waiting 🤦
No wonder their reviews are so pitiful 🤷

Working far from home so needed to take care of a recurring payment that shouldn’t be on my account. Sat down with a women who called someone and told me 7 to 10 days but not telling me my debit card would be canceled or even getting me a new one in the mail.
I am 1,600 miles from home without a my debit card… I should have been told.
