I Love The customer Service! Access has been my bank for many years. Sheri Alexander has taken care of all my needs from car loans to personal loans. Always responds quickly and with sincere concern of any of my needs. I still bank with Access after moving from Amarillo because of the excellent service!
I got a car loan through Access and Toni Young was so much help. She responded quickly and answered any questions I had. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this bank and Toni if you’re looking for a loan!
Where do I start. I have been very busy and my age doesn’t help with my memory. I so appreciate Clara’s help. They say there isn’t a dumb question..but I know there is because I asked them. She took the time to help me unraval the mess I made of my accounts. I didn’t feel like a burden or an idiot. She was so calm, friendly and professional. I felt so much better after talking to her on the phone and going by in person. It is great to see a young adult with so much customer service…thank you Clara
I love going to the Paramount and 27th branch. The sweetest thing lady that works there always greets you with the biggest and friendliest smile. She truly seems to enjoy her job and the customers too. And the bank itself is outstanding. Thank you Clara (I believe her name is)
Access Credit Union is the best CU in town! I love all the employees there. The Paramount location is the closest to me and Brayton is always SO helpful. He always has a smile on his face and is a hard worker! I always recommend Access to anyone I know.
