I had been very discouraged while adjusting to all the changes taking place since the bank merger. But, the manager herself reached out and was very kind and understanding of my concerns and we were able to have a very good conversation and I felt that she listened and addressed my frustrations very well.
That was the Uniwyo I was used to banking with them for 10 years now. So while there are growing pains, and tweaks still happening. I was good to see they still cared and were willing to reach out to a individual account holder who they easily could have ignored.
Sorry guys. I rarely leave bad reviews. Everybody on the first floor of Uniwyo is fantastic. Anytime you need help with normal lobby banking and drive-through. Fantastic!
But, anytime you need any help with a loan, ITS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Well, I should say other than a mortgage which DAN helped us with….He Did a great job!! But, the auto loan/title people…. They make it as difficult as possible for what should be a simple, straight forward process. Extremely difficult from the beginning. Now It’s been months and I’m still getting letters about needing more info for the loan. And then when you call, nobody calls you back. I’ve been calling all week, finally on Wednesday at almost 5 o’clock someone finally called back!! I Couldn’t get any answers to my questions… but at least I got a call back!
I will be looking for a new bank with a more experienced loan/title staff that is better equipped to handle simple, straight forward loan needs.

The one good experience I’ve had was today. I have been calling for months about issues with fees on my accounts to no avail. Today Addy finally helped me figure it out and I could not be more grateful. Be careful about signing up for overdraft protection!! ITS NOT WORTH IT.
UniWyo FCU is the best credit union out there. They have great products and amazing service! From kids accounts to amazing local-picture debit cards, they have it all! 🤠 …
Update: the rudest person possible just called and told me the member needed to call and confirm the address it was being sent to.
WE DID THIS 3 TIMES! THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT! HE WAS THERE TODAY!!!! TODAY! NOW he is flying overseas on a military assignment. THIS HAS BEEN A MONTH!!!! Where is my title?!? I purchased a vehicle from a UNIWYO member on 9 Dec. He paid off the lien he had with UNIWYO on 12 Dec and requested the title be sent to my address. The Sarpy County Nebraska DMV requires the title for me to register it. He has corresponded with UNIWYO multiple times and they’ve repeated each time, “it was sent on the 19th of Dec and takes 2-3 weeks”. Would you believe UNIWYO calls me today and says “the title keeps being returned in the mail”. Never heard this in any previous correspondence and no one notified the member or I of this previously. I’ve confirmed my address multiple times including today’s phone call. To add insult to injury, I haven’t received a call back from the associate after she called and said she would speak to her manager 4 hours ago! My name is Anthony Lardino, and I want an answer on the status of this title.
