I do most of my banking with ECU online, but have been by this branch a few times in the past couple years. Each time I’ve been helped quickly and staff has been friendly. I prefer banking with a credit union and ECU offers great service.

YALLL DO NOT GO HERE!!! I’ve never experienced a bank that has so much disrespectful people in one place. They won’t greet you , just look at you like you don’t belong there. Do not trust anything they say make sure it’s all in writing. There is a bald Mexican guy is 3 foot nothing with an ego taller than himself who is very disrespectful. They treat you like trash here so take my advice and keep your spirits clean! These people will try to have you leaving the bank in a very bad mood! PROTECT YOUR SPIRIT . STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!
