I’ve been banking at regions for quite a while and they were and still so nice and helpful, never had a problem…just a little when their atm is out of order but which rarely happens, other than that I like it
We have been doing buisness with this branch and I have been impressed with the access to live support. When I call the listed number I get a Alvin Rep who knows my account. This is lost in so many banks now days.
Regions Bank Ofc. MANAGER C. CHAPA, refused to close my checking and savings with a 0 balance, now 2 ACH pymt was presented and I caught 2 late fees; I spoke with 800# and Supervisor JARVIS says, Nothing could be done from his side, DUH, why not!!
Drive Thru hours since January 2019 is M-F 9:00AM – 5:00PM and Saturdays 9:00AM – 12:00 NN. Kindly correct the hours here as a lot of people rely on Google to look at the business hours of this location.
