Too much detailed info to make a wire transfer. The details took 30 minutes to get to me. While a bank officer and us waited. Does the help text not work until credit union opens? Could be better!
First of all I can’t express enough how caring and kind the front desk girl was. She was so nice, more customer service should be like her. Five stars to her. The reason for my low rating was my experience with Ashlynn. Trying to get her manager to take me seriously was just as bad. How do you maintain a business treating customers like we’re disposable?
I have been a member of People’s Federal Credit union since 2007 when I moved from Mexico to USA. I have always received the best loan rates available, it has been an excellent companion, always giving an excellent service. They are trying hard to keep up with new technology, and I only had 1 issue of breach in almost two decades, it happened around 2010. By the way I wasn’t affected, but I was notified right away of the issue which and they provided follow up. I moved to Utah but I keep it…
