Bank is completely awful, I miss JSC. I been a loyal customer for over 20 years. My dad worked at nasa and been one for over 30 but he even wants to switch. I had a recent surgey I tend to lose stuff my keys or my wallet or purse. So I have asked to replace my card. And then they said something about that I lose my card to much. Instead of like maybe being a little understanding. Also the people in the bank are very rude. Treat me like I am dumb. Treat my dad who’s a computer engineers and worked at nasa before they are rude to him as well. So we have no good to say since Wellby has taken over. We are looking for a new bank, unless they can understand. I don’t just ask for new cards cuz I want too, I have a condition and I panic if I can’t find my card for one day. I freak out and reorder one. Didn’t know we couldn’t do that. It just kinda sucks. I miss the old ways. And I wish they would treat their loyal customers with care. They deleted my dad’s comment and mine. So be beware comments get deleted. I want to stay with them but they just been stressing me

I’ve done an auto loan and a home loan through Wellby Alvin, TX Branch. Both times everything went very well and with great rates. This past auto loan I worked with Delilah. She was excellent to work with. The whole process was super smooth. I highly suggest working with Wellby Alvin.
Place is horrible since JSC. Do not come here customers are rude to their loyal employees. And threatened them. Staff is awful they don’t help.
Jose has provided me with excellent customer service whenever he has been my teller. He even helped me with a battery jump last month when the battery in my car went out while I was parked in the Wellby parking lot in Alvin. That showed me he cares for his customers & will go the extra mile to help in other ways. Thanks Jose for a job well done!!
